Mission Statement
To bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to the whole world
We believe that everyone is entitled to help, just for the asking. There are no major hoops to jump through- a need is a need. Hands Up Ministry does not discriminate based on race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, disability, or the ability to pay.
How We Help
We feed the poor
We work with 600 families per month. In 2003 Hands Up was able to offer 2 million dollars in goods and services to people in southwest Michigan. This was done in a food outreach program as well as other programs and services.
In a typical week a family will receive the following, for example:
- Breads
- Sweets
- Fruits
- Vegetables
- Snacks
- Protein Items
How You Can Help
Donate Food, Labor, Funds, or Prayer
We are always in need of help with donations of food and manpower. At this time we are also seeking funds with which to purchase better, permanent facilities which would also enable us to expand our mission exponentially. We also have special needs according to the season.
If you are able to donate in any way or are curious about other specific needs you could help with, please contact Rev. Bruce Williams by phone at 269.277.5018 or by postal mail at
